Following on from the 5 star reviewed Barbados tawny cask release in June 2022 , a second 200 ltr barrel was kept for further ageing. 
A 40 year old Seppeltsfield tawny cask was the perfect vessel to age this rum in. 8 months of secondary Australian dry ageing in the “port” tawny cask & an additional 22 months in a level 3 char Makers mark Bourbon cask . 
700 ml , 52% abv 
Upon first sipping you get oak & a hint of spice combined with dates, prunes, raisins, the middle palette provides the unmistakable Foursquare vanilla , toffee & caramel
The aftertaste leaves you with the char used in the makers mark bourbon barrel, then those fruity notes come back to remind you of the Seppletsfield tawny barrel used.
