The 4 th release in the Dead Reckoning range is a Tawny cask aged Foursquare rum, bottled at 48%.

The Foursquare rum Is a column and pot still blend that spent 8 full years in ex-bourbon barrels in Barbados , then transferred to a 60 year old French oak Seppletsfield tawny Port cask in Adelaide for 1 year then transferred to a level 3 char first fill Makers Mark bourbon cask to mellow for 6 months .

The colour achieved from the Australian dry ageing has added a deep ruby red hue , & a flavour profile of raisins, figs , ripe plums & sultanas , spicy nutmeg , creamy vanilla , toffee & butterscotch.

Seppeltsfield is famed for the Centennial Collection – an irreplaceable and unbroken lineage of Tawny, every vintage from 1878 to current year. The estate remains the only winery in the world to release a 100 year old, single vintage wine each year. The estate also boasts a remarkable collection of Apera (Australian Sherry), crossing Fino to Oloroso styles, Tokay and Muscat, all held in vast Solero nursery cellars.
