Oliver Juanillo founded a sugarcane and tobacco plantation in Cuba in the 19th century. Soon after, a distillery was established, which stayed in operation until 1959, during the Cuban Revolution.
The founders of Oliver & Oliver fled the country, settling in the Dominican Republic in 1963.
There they discovered some very ideal conditions to produce a premium quality Rum.
Oliver & Oliver produce the likes of Punta Cana, Unhiq, Ron Quorhum and Tres Hombres labels.
Oliver & Oliver produce their Rums using a traditional pot-still method.
Their Rums are crafted from pure cane juice which is quite unusual for a Cuban style Rum.
Using a fusion of Cuban and Dominican traditions, Oliver & Oliver is known for producing unique, quality, handcrafted Spirits.
